The IMA Group Acquires Pontum Health

The IMA Group has acquired Pontum Health, a Seattle‑area provider of Social Security Disability and related consultative evaluations. The acquisition extends IMA's Evaluation Services coverage further into the Pacific Northwest—adding Alaska and Oregon and strengthening presence in Washington—while Pontum's leadership team will remain in place; financial terms were not disclosed.
