The NAV People (TNP), a portfolio company of FPE Capital, acquired certain UK Microsoft Dynamics NAV-focused assets from the administration of K3 Business Technology Group. The deal preserves service continuity for over 100 NAV customers, was funded in cash from TNP’s balance sheet, and is intended to accelerate TNP’s recurring revenue and support-led growth.
