(NASDAQ: PNTG) has acquired Bluebird Home Health, Bluebird Hospice and Bluebird Home Care, a provider of skilled home health, private duty and hospice services across Southwestern Idaho. The businesses were previously owned by Cascadia Healthcare; the acquisition expands Pennant's continuum of home-based care in the Treasure Valley and broader Idaho market.
