The Pennant Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: PNTG) acquired the assets of Kenosha Visiting Nurse Association, Inc. (KVNA), a provider of skilled home health, private duty, and community health services in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The acquisition expands Pennant's home health footprint in southern Wisconsin and will be operated alongside its Cornerstone Healthcare home health and hospice subsidiary.
