The Riverside Company has acquired Fire Safety Pros, LLC (FSP) as an add-on to its fire and life safety platform, Performance Systems Integration (PSI). FSP, a Seattle-based provider of fire and life safety inspection, maintenance, monitoring and equipment sales to commercial building owners and property managers, will be integrated into PSI to expand the platform's presence in the greater Seattle market.
