The Vita Group Acquires Usleep Limited

The Vita Group has acquired Usleep Limited, a UK mattress manufacturer, from NorthEdge and The Belfield Group. The deal expands Vita's European bedding manufacturing footprint and adds Usleep's two semi-automated production sites and customer relationships with major mattress retailers and direct-to-consumer bed-in-a-box brands.

The acquisition, primarily from an affiliate of Sun Capital Partners / Sun European Partners, expands Tempur Sealy's direct-to-consumer footprint in the UK and is expected to be accretive to EPS while complementing the company’s existing UK operations.
