Thermal Concepts Acquires Hunter Mechanical LLC

Thermal Concepts, a portfolio company of Trivest Partners VI and Halmos Capital Partners, acquired Hunter Mechanical LLC. The deal is Thermal Concepts’ first acquisition in the Mid-Atlantic and is intended to expand its footprint and add Hunter’s commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and food service equipment service capabilities.
