Thibaut Acquires Italian Textile and Furniture Brand Coraggio

New Jersey–based design brand Thibaut has acquired Italian textile and furniture company Coraggio, with the deal closing on July 13, 2022. The acquisition brings Coraggio’s textiles, furniture and 11 showrooms into Thibaut’s portfolio to expand product offerings and deepen relationships with interior-design trade customers; terms were not disclosed.
