UserTesting, a video-based human insight platform, was acquired in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $1.3 billion by Thoma Bravo and Sunstone Partners. The deal was completed after stockholder approval, and UserTesting will no longer be publicly traded and will be combined with UserZoom under the UserTesting name.
