Suvoda and Greenphire, both clinical trial technology companies, have completed their previously announced merger, bringing the businesses under common ownership and management. The combined company (known as Suvoda) unifies Suvoda’s randomization/trial supply and eClinical capabilities with Greenphire’s clinical trial payments, budgeting, and patient support to deliver an end-to-end platform for trial stakeholders.
