Thoma Bravo entered into a definitive agreement to acquire WWEX Group, a U.S. third-party logistics (3PL) provider, and combine it with its portfolio company Auctane. The combined company is expected to integrate Auctane’s shipping and fulfillment software with WWEX’s parcel and freight brokerage services and is slated to close in Q2 2026, subject to regulatory approvals.
