Thompson Safety, a Houston-based provider of first aid and fire protection services, has acquired A-1 Shiner, a Texas fire protection company. The deal expands Thompson Safety’s fire protection footprint across key Texas markets (Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio) and enables cross-selling of first aid and safety services to A-1 Shiner customers.
