Thrive, a PE-backed provider of managed cybersecurity and cloud services, has acquired IT Freedom, an Austin-based managed service provider. The deal expands Thrive's NextGen Managed Security & Services Platform into Texas and will enable IT Freedom's clients to accelerate their cloud and digital transformation initiatives.
