TIC Holding Schweiz Acquires TransGeo AG

TIC Holding Schweiz AG, a buy‑build‑and‑technologize platform financed by Winterberg, has acquired TransGeo AG, an ISO/IEC 17025‑accredited construction materials testing and geological advisory laboratory based in Gümligen near Bern, Switzerland, effective retroactively to January 1, 2025. The deal is an add‑on to TIC Holding Schweiz's testing services platform and provides a succession solution for TransGeo's majority shareholder and CEO Christian Wyss while retaining local management through a staged handover.

EIS Holdings Acquires Tierra Consulting Group

EIS Holdings, LLC has acquired Tierra Consulting Group, LLC, a Pompano Beach, Florida–based environmental consulting and groundwater treatment specialist. The deal expands EIS's presence in the Southeast and adds high-volume groundwater treatment, dewatering, subsurface remediation, surveying and mapping capabilities to its nationwide environmental and infrastructure services platform.

VTG Acquires Byte Systems, iota IT, and Tunuva Technologies

VTG has acquired three Northern Virginia-based firms — Byte Systems, L.L.C., iota IT, LLC, and Tunuva Technologies, Inc. — to expand its capabilities and footprint with the Defense and Intelligence Community. The deals, following VTG's majority investment from A&M Capital, are intended to bolster VTG's cybersecurity, software development, systems engineering, and data analytics offerings; terms were not disclosed.

Volaris Group Acquires iCore Solutions
