TIMETOACT GROUP has acquired STAGIL, a leading German Atlassian Platinum and Enterprise Solution Partner, and will integrate it into its catworkx brand. STAGIL's CEO and co-founder Björn Frauen will become Co-Managing Director of catworkx Germany and a shareholder in TIMETOACT GROUP; financial terms were not disclosed.
