TouchMath, a portfolio company of Leeds Equity Partners, has acquired Curriculum Advantage, Inc. (doing business as Classworks), a K-12 special education and tiered intervention platform. The deal expands TouchMath's digital capabilities by integrating Classworks' academic screeners, progress monitoring, interventions and data analytics to broaden special education and tiered intervention offerings.
