Tower Arch Capital completed a recapitalization of Miller Industries, LLC in a transaction with the Miller family and company management to support growth, vertical integration, and geographic expansion. Greenwich Capital Group served as exclusive financial advisor to the Miller family on the deal, which marks the second platform investment for Tower Arch’s third fund.
