Tower Arch Capital Recapitalizes S&N Communications and Forms S&N Infrastructure Services

Tower Arch Capital has formed S&N Infrastructure Services, LLC in partnership with Allen Powell and S&N's leadership to complete a recapitalization of N&S Construction, Inc. d/b/a S&N Communications. The investment will support the company's planned geographic expansion and capability growth across its communications and electric utilities infrastructure services in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast.
