Brera Partners Acquires 70% of GBSAPRI Group

The transaction, backed with equity from Headway Capital Partners and financed in part by Eurazeo, will support GBSAPRI's aggregation strategy and planned M&A roll-up across the fragmented Italian insurance broking market.

TowerBrook Capital Partners to Acquire Majority Stake in Bruneau from Equistone

TowerBrook Capital Partners has signed a binding agreement to acquire a majority stake in Bruneau from Equistone Partners Europe, subject to regulatory approval and employee consultations. Bruneau is a leading European online distributor of office furniture and supplies (active in six countries with ~930 employees), and TowerBrook intends to support the group's organic growth, product offering expansion and digital customer acquisition.

Baird Capital Invests in Azzur Group

Baird Capital’s private equity team has made a growth investment in Azzur Group to accelerate expansion of the company’s early‑phase life science services, including Azzur Cleanrooms on Demand. Financial terms were not disclosed; Baird Capital advisors Brett Tucker and Dave Schroeder joined Azzur’s board and Gary Knight joined as an independent director. Brown Gibbons Lang & Company served as Azzur’s financial advisor and Edgemont Partners advised Baird Capital.
