TPG to Acquire GE Vernova’s Proficy Manufacturing Software Business for $600 Million

TPG Capital has reached an agreement to buy GE Vernova’s Proficy manufacturing software business for $600 million. After closing (expected in the first half of 2026), Proficy will operate as a standalone company serving industrial customers with software for HMI/SCADA, MES, industrial data management, and analytics, including cloud and on-premises offerings.
