GE Vernova Acquires Remaining 50% Stake in Prolec GE

GE Vernova has completed the $5.275 billion acquisition of the remaining 50% stake in Prolec GE, its former unconsolidated joint venture with Xignux. With closing, Prolec GE and its affiliates are fully consolidated and will go to market as GE Vernova within the Electrification segment.
