NorthEdge-backed Altia has acquired VeriSaaS, an Australia-based field intelligence and evidence collection software business that develops the Verinote digital notetaking system. The acquisition is an add-on to Altia’s product suite to broaden its investigation and digital-evidence capabilities and to support further international expansion, with VeriSaaS founder Brice Neilson joining Altia as director of Asia-Pacific.

Cloudera Acquires Verta's Operational AI Platform

GE Vernova Acquires Remaining 50% Stake in Prolec GE
