Trace3 to Acquire Calian Group’s U.S. Commercial IT Business (Carve-out)

Trace3 announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Calian Group’s U.S. Commercial IT business via a carve-out transaction. The deal adds managed services depth and infrastructure, including a security operations center, two 24x7x365 network operations centers, and advanced integration centers, with localized delivery in Texas and Minnesota. The transaction is expected to close in Trace3’s next month / Calian’s fourth fiscal quarter, subject to customary conditions.
