Tramec (High Street Capital Portfolio Company) Acquires CS Automation

Tramec, a portfolio company of High Street Capital with support from Wells Fargo Strategic Capital, has acquired CS Automation, an Ontario, New York-based designer and manufacturer of pneumatic automation, motion controls, and machine framing and safeguarding. The deal is an add-on intended to expand Tramec's presence in the industrial automation sector, strengthen heavy-duty capabilities, open new sales channels for Tramec Sloan products, and realize operational synergies.
