Trane Technologies has acquired Helmer Scientific, a Noblesville, Indiana-based maker of precision temperature‑controlled storage and processing solutions for hospitals, labs, blood banks and pharmacies. The deal adds Helmer's medical and laboratory refrigeration capabilities to Trane's life science solutions portfolio and supports expansion into clinical health and life sciences markets.
