Trane Technologies Acquires LiquidStack

Trane Technologies signed a definitive agreement to acquire LiquidStack, a liquid cooling technology provider headquartered in Carrollton, Texas, to strengthen Trane’s end-to-end data center thermal management offerings. Trane’s acquisition centers on LiquidStack’s direct-to-chip and immersion cooling portfolio, with the deal expected to close in early 2026 (and later announced as completed in March 2026).

Tasq AI Acquires BLEND in Merger to Build Enterprise AI Trust Layer

Tel Aviv-based Tasq AI has merged with BLEND to form a unified company under the Tasq AI brand, combining proprietary data-refinery technology with BLEND's global human and localization network. The merged business says it will generate tens of millions of dollars in revenue, serve ~200 enterprise customers, and employ roughly 120 people; financial terms were not disclosed.

TMA Acquires BrainsFirst to Expand Talent Intelligence Platform

Dutch talent management software provider TMA acquired BrainsFirst, a neuroscience-based cognitive assessment software company. The deal is intended to combine TMA’s psychometric and behavioral insights with BrainsFirst’s neuro-cognitive data to create a more comprehensive, predictive talent intelligence platform. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Blackstone Growth Majority Investment in NetBrain Technologies

Blackstone Growth has closed a majority investment in NetBrain Technologies at a reported $750 million valuation, acquiring a controlling stake to accelerate the company's global expansion and AI-powered network automation roadmap. As part of the transaction NetBrain appointed Bernadette Nixon as CEO while founder Lingping Gao will move to chair the board.

Cision Acquires Trajaan to Expand AI-Based Search Intelligence

The deal builds on a prior Brandwatch–Trajaan partnership and aims to give marketing, communications and insights teams unified, predictive visibility into consumer intent and trend formation.
