Fox Innovation & Technologies Acquires Cotter Holdings Group

Fox Innovation & Technologies (a PE-backed platform backed by Bluewater) has acquired Cotter Holdings Group, including S.T. Cotter Turbine Services, Axis Mechanical Group and Axis Industrial Repair, to add field project execution capabilities to its turbomachinery platform. The deal brings the combined Fox platform to over $100 million in proforma LTM revenue and adds ~500 peak-capacity field personnel to expand service coverage across the United States; terms were not disclosed.

Hydraulic Technologies Acquires Foxtrot Industriel

Hydraulic Technologies, a Wynnchurch Capital portfolio company, announced it has acquired Foxtrot Industriel, a manufacturer of motorized industrial handling equipment. The acquisition expands Hydraulic Technologies’ newly formed Heavy Lift segment alongside Hydra-Slide and is intended to strengthen its position in heavy-lift and factory-automation markets.

Symbotic acquires Fox Robotics

Warehouse automation provider Symbotic acquired autonomous lift truck developer Fox Robotics to expand its logistics robotics capabilities. The acquisition was announced during Symbotic’s Q1 2026 earnings call; the purchase price was not disclosed.

LionTree Takes Majority Stake in Transmit.Live

LionTree led a group to acquire a slight majority stake in ad-tech company Transmit.Live, with participating investor SC Holdings. The investment — which Transmit executives said values the company at about $3.35 billion — will be used to expand the company's technology and engineering capabilities as live sports continue migrating to streaming platforms.

Ohio Transmission Corporation Acquires Laron Inc.

Ohio Transmission Corporation (OTC) has acquired Laron Inc., a mechanical and electric motor repair, machining and field services provider headquartered in Kingman, Arizona. The deal brings Laron's ~190 employees and large-scale shop capabilities into OTC's OTP Industrial Solutions platform, expanding OTC's repair and engineering services and Southwest footprint.

The deal and rebrand position FacilityOS as an expanded, end‑to‑end facility, visitor and logistics management platform serving enterprise customers across manufacturing, healthcare, higher education and other mission‑critical environments.
