Transportation Resource Partners (TRP) has recapitalized Smith System Driver Improvement Institute in partnership with Chairman David Boucher and CEO Anthony Douglas. Smith System, headquartered in Arlington, Texas, is a global leader in fleet driver safety training (the “Five Keys” program) and will work with TRP to pursue its next phase of growth while management continues to run day-to-day operations.
