Tree Guardians, a tree and plant healthcare platform founded by Halle Capital, has partnered with Caldwell Tree Care to add the Atlanta-area provider to its platform. Kevin Caldwell will join Tree Guardians as President of the Southeast Region and continue to operate the business as part of the PE-backed platform.
