LightRidge Solutions Acquires Trident Systems

LightRidge Solutions, a portfolio company of ATL Partners, has acquired Trident Systems, a provider of high-performance space electronics and C4ISR solutions. The add-on deal — terms not disclosed — expands LightRidge's capabilities in space mission computing, increases Trident's production capacity, and brings complementary engineering talent into the LightRidge platform.

Eiffage Énergie Systèmes Acquires EQOS from Triton

Funds advised by Triton have signed an agreement to sell EQOS, a European specialty installation and service company focused on energy, telecoms and rail infrastructure, to Eiffage Énergie Systèmes. Terms were not disclosed; under Triton EQOS reached ~EUR 459m revenue and ~1,700 employees, and Eiffage said the acquisition will help it enter and densify energy infrastructure markets in Germany and Austria.

Veryon Acquires EBIS from Tronair

GameChange Energy Technologies has acquired the Electrical Balance of Systems (eBOS) division from Terrasmart, a subsidiary of Gibraltar Industries, adding the eBOS product line and a U.S. manufacturing facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan to its platform. The acquisition expands GameChange’s module-to-grid capabilities for utility-scale solar projects by integrating pre-engineered and prefabricated electrical systems and the eBOS team into its tracker, racking, transformer, and grid-equipment offerings.

UK-based software company Ideagen has acquired Tritan Software, a Miami-headquartered provider of maritime health, safety and compliance software. The acquisition expands Ideagen's regulated-industry software portfolio into the maritime, cruise and offshore markets and aims to accelerate Tritan's growth and service expansion under Ideagen's platform.
