Trifecta Collective (GreyLion-backed) Acquires Canadian Concrete Expo

Trifecta Collective LLC, a trade-show platform backed by private equity firm GreyLion, has acquired the Canadian Concrete Expo (CCE). Stuart Galloway, CCE's primary shareholder and president, will remain in his leadership role while the show becomes the fifth addition to Trifecta's events portfolio as the company expands its footprint in the construction and tradeshow markets.
