The transaction closed in November 2025 and expands H&T Presspart’s manufacturing footprint into the United States by adding Plas-Tech’s medical device manufacturing site in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.

Hawkins, Inc. Acquires EcoTech Enterprises, Inc.

Hawkins, Inc. (Nasdaq: HWKN) completed the acquisition of EcoTech Enterprises, Inc., adding its 40th Water Treatment location and expanding Hawkins’ footprint in Arkansas and surrounding states. EcoTech manufactures, blends, packages and distributes water treatment chemicals locally; Hawkins said it will maintain EcoTech’s community connections while using the tuck-in to accelerate regional water treatment growth.

HN Precision operates over 175 CNC machines and employs approximately 240 people serving end markets including heavy truck, off-highway vehicles, recreational firearms and rail; Mill City plans to grow the business as a platform and expand its manufacturing capabilities.
