Trimco Group, backed by Brookfield Private Equity, has acquired Nexgen Packaging, a US-based provider of apparel brand identification and packaging solutions. The add-on acquisition expands Trimco’s North American footprint, integrates Nexgen’s sales and manufacturing network, and extends Trimco’s ProductDNA platform and sustainability offerings to more US brands.
