Trimlite, a Wynnchurch Capital portfolio company, acquired KW Building Products from Clay-Ingels, LLC. The Lexington-based wholesale distributor adds locations in Kentucky and Indiana, a regional dealer network, and complementary door, window, and millwork products and services to Trimlite’s platform; financial terms were not disclosed.
