(DMI), a Fort Myers, Florida–based designer and supplier of roofing fasteners and accessories, in partnership with First Lexington Capital and DMI CEO Andrew Mullen. The transaction closed on August 1, 2025, and represents a platform investment for Trivest (Fund VII), with the new partnership planning organic growth and strategic acquisitions to expand DMI’s product offerings and geographic reach.
