TruGolf Holdings to Acquire Polymath Research Inc

TruGolf Holdings, Inc. entered into an acquisition agreement to acquire Polymath Research Inc. TruGolf will bring Polymath into the Nasdaq-listed public markets by using a mix of TruGolf Class A common stock and non-voting Series C preferred stock as consideration. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
