Trustwave Acquires Mirage Networks

Trustwave has acquired Mirage Networks, a developer of patented Network Access Control (NAC) technology, to integrate Mirage's endpoint compliance and behavioral policy enforcement into Trustwave's managed security services. Financial terms were not disclosed; the acquisition expands Trustwave's managed security and NAC capabilities for enterprise customers.

The deal was facilitated by ITX and positions BlueAlly to broaden its IT product offering for MSPs, MSSPs and corporate IT buyers.

Forcepoint Acquires Bitglass

The deal is intended to expand Forcepoint’s data-first SASE platform by integrating Bitglass’ cloud access security broker (CASB), secure web gateway (SWG), zero trust network access (ZTNA), cloud security posture management (CSPM), and data loss prevention (DLP).

LevelBlue to Acquire Trustwave from MC2 Security Fund

LevelBlue has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Trustwave, a provider of cybersecurity and managed detection and response (MDR) services, from MC2 Security Fund (MC2), a PE fund sponsored by The Chertoff Group. The deal will combine LevelBlue’s AI-driven managed security services with Trustwave’s Fusion platform, SpiderLabs threat intelligence, and FedRAMP/StateRAMP authorizations, positioning LevelBlue as the largest pure-play managed security services provider.
