Trystar, a Goldner Hawn portfolio company, completed the acquisitions of Macromatic Industrial Controls (Waukesha, WI) and Primax Technologies (Pointe-Claire, Quebec). The add-ons expand Trystar’s manufacturing and monitoring capabilities—adding electronic relays and battery-backed AC/DC power solutions—and broaden its market access, including strengthened utility and industrial reach in Canada.
