Trystar, a Goldner Hawn portfolio company, has acquired Oztek Corporation to broaden its electric power solutions portfolio and bolster renewable energy and battery energy storage system capabilities. Oztek, headquartered in Merrimack, New Hampshire, manufactures battery inverters, energy storage power conversion systems, bi-directional DC power supplies and printed circuit power supplies.
