TTG Imaging Solutions, LLC acquired Digirad Health, Inc. from Star Equity Holdings, closing on May 4, 2023. The acquisition adds Digirad’s OEM solid‑state nuclear medicine cameras and turnkey diagnostic imaging services to TTG’s offerings, expanding TTG’s geographic footprint (notably on the West Coast) and growing its nationwide field service team.
