Tulkoff Foods Acquires Celtrade Canada

Tulkoff Foods has acquired Celtrade Canada, a Toronto-based private label manufacturer, to expand its North American sauce manufacturing footprint and product development capabilities. The combined operation will leverage manufacturing facilities in both the United States and Canada, along with expanded R&D and packaging formats to improve speed to market and provide more customization options for retail, foodservice, and industrial customers.
