Centuri Holdings has completed the acquisition of J.J. White, Inc., a mechanical and electrical construction services provider for power generation, data centers, and industrial end markets. J.J. White will become part of Centuri's Riggs Distler operation, expanding union electric capabilities across the Northeast and Mid-West and strengthening Centuri’s integrated solutions for complex projects.

The State Group, a portfolio company of funds managed by Apollo, has acquired Kokomo-based electrical contractor J&J Electric of Indiana, expanding its footprint in Central and Northern Indiana. J&J Electric brings over 200 union electricians and capabilities in electrical construction, maintenance, fire, security, communications, utility and safety systems to The State Group's multi-trade platform.

(The Jordan Company) has acquired Industrial Service Group Holdings, LLC (The Industrial Service Group) in a sale from KCM Capital Partners, with PNC Mezzanine Capital, Five Points Capital, and ISG management among the sellers.
