Turnkey Communications Acquires WYRED and KYRO Private Network Platform from SMPH Consulting

Turnkey Communications acquired WYRED, including its flagship private network platform KYRO, from SMPH Consulting Inc. The KYRO portable LTE/5G private network solution is designed for rapid, secure deployment in harsh and remote critical infrastructure environments, expanding Turnkey’s connectivity capabilities for industrial, mining, energy, and remote infrastructure customers. The deal is anticipated to close later in 2025.
