Turnspire Capital Partners LLC (through an affiliate) has acquired Swanson Industries, a Morgantown, West Virginia–headquartered provider of manufacturing, remanufacturing, repair, and distribution services for mining equipment and hydraulic cylinders. The transaction includes Swanson’s controlling stake in Tiefenbach North America and is intended to support operational improvements, capability expansion, and strategic growth under Turnspire’s partnership with management.

One Equity Partners Acquires TechnipFMC's Measurement Solutions Business (Guidant)

One Equity Partners (OEP) has completed the acquisition of TechnipFMC's Measurement Solutions business, a corporate carve-out that will be rebranded as Guidant. Headquartered in Houston, Texas, the business (approximately 450 employees) provides fiscal measurement technologies, terminal management and automation solutions, and manufacturing of flow meters (including Smith Meter) with facilities in the U.S. and Europe; OEP intends to grow the standalone platform via transformational acquisitions.
