TWFG Insurance Acquires Wade Insurance Agency in Ohio

TWFG Insurance (The Woodlands Financial Group) has acquired the Wade Insurance Agency (Ralph E. Wade Insurance Agency) and will combine it with a recent local TWFG acquisition (AIS) to create a regional Ohio presence. The combined local offices will have about 25 staff, expanding TWFG’s retail agency footprint and carrier access in the state.
