Tyler Technologies has acquired ResourceX, a Denver-based provider of priority-based budgeting software for the public sector. The deal integrates ResourceX's AI/ML-enabled budgeting tools into Tyler's ERP and civic product suite to expand Tyler's public-sector budgeting capabilities and provide greater transparency and efficiency for government clients.
