Tyler Technologies has acquired US eDirect, a provider of cloud-based reservation and transaction management software for outdoor recreation. The acquisition will integrate US eDirect's Recreation Dynamics platform into Tyler's NIC payments and Data & Insights offerings to expand Tyler's outdoor recreation and government payments capabilities.
