U.S. Foot & Ankle Specialists (USFAS), a portfolio company of NMS Capital, has acquired Foot and Ankle Specialists, a Cincinnati-area podiatry practice operating three locations in Cincinnati, Blue Ash, and Franklin. The acquisition expands USFAS's presence in Ohio and gives the practice centralized administrative and clinical support while founder Dr. Cary Copeland will retire.
