U.S. Foot & Ankle Specialists (USFAS), a portfolio company of NMS Capital, acquired multiple podiatry practices including Augusta Podiatric Medicine & Surgery and Center for Foot and Ankle Care, PC as part of a continued roll-up. The deal brings several single-location and small multi-location practices into USFAS’s platform to expand its Mid‑Atlantic footprint and consolidate operational, IT and administrative functions.
