UES, a national engineering and consulting firm, has acquired Riner Engineering, a Houston-based geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing firm. The acquisition expands UES's technical capabilities and presence in Texas, adding Riner's ~170 staff and multiple Texas offices to UES's Texas Region.
